Itinerary

You take the cable lift up to resort. Just along the chairlift you will find a sledding track that attracts more and more sledding lovers to night sledding.
A chairlift takes you several times to the top (1666m), to the starting point of the sledding track and you can do 6 - 8 descents on a 1'5 km long sled slope, during night sledding hours.

Ljubljana departure: 4 pm (from your accomodation)
5 pm - cable lift departure up to resort
5 pm - 7.30 pm - night sledding on 1'5 km long sled slope
8 pm return to valley with cable lift
8.40 pm return to Ljubljana

Season

15th of December - 15th of March, available again in the winter season 09/10!

Duration & difficulty level

travel time- all: 1'2hour
sledding time: 2'5 hrs
slopes: moderate, also appropriate for families and children.
All ability levels. No prior experience needed, our guide will go with you and show the way and instruct you on how to use the sled. How to speed up, break and turn!

What to bring

Winter jackat & pants (also to hire for free), warm winter boots, sport clothes & warm sweater, hoodie, gloves & scarf.

Note:We accept bookings untill winter office closure hour, that is 7.pm,  on day before departure, via E-mail or phone. We do departures to all tours on request. It takes min 2 people to do this trip!

Why to book this tour

During the winter days, valleys are covered with clouds, especially in December and early January, which are the coldest months around here. Going up the mountain by cable lift you raise abouve this clouds. Catch the sunset in the Alps an revive your childhood while sleding!
